A degree is not the only path to success after high school.

Research shows that families want options for their children beyond traditional paths, and the majority of Gen Z students want greater access to professional work experience and mentorship before they graduate.
That's where you come in!

Go ahead…play a pivotal role in helping others learn more about the many pathways to success after high school. Submit your story on the nondegree pathway you pursued, in order to be eligible for a chance to win $500. Three winners will be chosen at random to demonstrate equity, and notifications will be sent to winners by May 15.

We have to put in some work to change the narrative and help students and families understand what’s out there. With 65% of Gen Z teens worried they’ll choose the wrong path, it’s clear that we need to illuminate a wider spectrum of education-to-career options to help them realize the possibilities.
